The significant issues in food industry needs to be alleviate and innovate for industrial growth. Several issues that been elaborate in previous subsection. In this chapter is an elaboration on alleviating issues in food industry.

This determination is for product quality and safety as the assurance and verification can be monitored by the government following their policy guidance and regulatory compliance, (Food and Agriculture Organisation ,2022)

The key factors of this issues are coming from human error and product changes.  To Human errors can be reduced by using standardized procedures and ensuring employees are fully trained professionally in this fields. In order to tackle the product changes, collaboration encouragements and embracing more forecasting models is needed. Food wastage can also reduce during production stage and pre-production stage.  Planning, Inventories levels and demands during pre-production stage will help to reduce food wastage. As during the production stage, employees should manage the machineries functionality is manageable. As the food supply chain issues, modern analytical tools utilization can embrace data-driven approach and increase the visibility. The growth of pathogens can be triggered by high temperature and causing food decays (Giannakourou & Taoukis, 2003; Gwanpua et al., 2015; Hertog et al., 2014)The dashboards are customisable and decision can be informed earlier and make changes as demands.
